Annual Meeting Minutes
May 30, 2009

President Dick Enders called the meeting to order.

Secretary Dave Brinkman read the minutes from the 2008 meeting. Motion from Vicki Roseberry and seconded by Warrie Means to approve the minutes. Motion passed.

Treasurer Nancy Haynes reported $120 in the checking account and $759 in savings. Motion from Dick Lefevre and seconded by Warrie to accept the Treasurer’s report. Motion Passed.  ... more

1. The deadline for pre-registration is the Friday preceding the contest weekend. Any contestant whose registration is not received by that date will be assessed a late fee of $10.

2. All commercial recording rights are reserved and shall become the property of Hot Springs Greater Learning Foundation and Wyoming Fiddlers Association. By registering for the contest, the contestant waives commercial recording rights.
